Why I Teach at BCS

As a teacher, I love being a part of a school that has an unwavering desire to put Christ first in all things. He is at the center of everything we do, and it is such an encouragement to watch the impact that has on the students. It is a privilege, and my absolute pleasure, to help build a strong foundation for these young ones spiritually and academically, while taking time to invest in their character. As parents, my husband and I were looking for a school for our four daughters that aligned with our values. We desired a place where we could trust all the staff and faculty to reinforce what we teach at home, and that's what drew us to BCS. We are so happy to be a part of this family!

Favorite Bible Verse

I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples (John 15:5-8)
