How to Apply

 After vising our campus, and deciding that BCS is the right fit for our family, you may begin the admissions process here.

To apply to Bloomfield Christian for JK-12, please complete the following steps:

Recess JOY-42Step 1: Complete and Submit an Online Application Form

Click Here to create an online account. This will include:

  • An online application, supplemental questionnaire and pastor recommendation confirming active participation in a church

  • Uploading documents to the online application such as recent report cards, standardized test scores, and transcripts

  • No application fee


Step 2: Student Placement Testing

    • Fees for testing ($150 for 2nd-4th grade; $200 for 5th to 12th grade).
    • We will provide information for an at-home online testing site from a third-party
    • Allow approximately 1 hour for 2nd - 4th grade and 2 hours for 5th -12th grade testing
  • Results from testing are received within 2-3 days
  • $100 assessment fee for Grades 1 conducted on campus
  • No assessment fee if attending our group assessment at the JK/K Round-Up

Step 3: Parent Interview

  • Scheduled within 5-7 days after completion of assessment
  • Discuss the results of your child’s placement testing
  • Discuss academic recommendations 

Step 4: Official Offer

  • Sent via email
  • Includes a link to create a Parents RenWeb account to enroll your student(s)
    • Enrollment fee is $500/student (except JK)
    • Submit Financial Aid Application and Complete Tuition Payment information from Renweb
    • Written notification of your financial aid award mailed home

Step 5: Welcome Packet

A Welcome Packet with school information, required forms and uniform guidelines provided after enrollment packet submitted.
