BS in English Education, New York University; Masters in Classical Christian Studies (expected 2019), New Saint Andrews College.

***Why I Teach at BCS***

I teach at BCS because I taught at 3 other schools, both public and private, before I discovered Classical Christian Education. At Bloomfield Christian, students are formed by language, tradition, virtue and great literature. They grasp the depths of human experiences across the ages, and are better able to understand man’s pursuit of truth, a pursuit that is ultimately fulfilled in Christ. Our students read of how creation groans in eager expectation of Christ, yet also affirm Augustine’s statement that “our hearts are restless until they find rest in You”.

I am a Speech Meet Advisor, lead the 9th Grade Bible Study, and co-advise the Samuel Johnson Literary Society.

***Favorite Bible Verse***

John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
