Why I Teach at BCS

I work at BCS because I love the Jesus centered community of learners.  It is a great honor to partner with parents in training their children’s hearts and building their foundations for learning. I love the explosive growth you see in the early elementary years as students begin to learn to read. It is also a great privilege to get to watch the students continue to grow all the way through their upper school years. I love being witness to the whole process from when they enter kindergarten to when the graduate.
