***Education***

Master’s in Religion, Redeemer Seminary; Bachelor of Music, University of North Texas.

***Why I Teach at BCS***

I teach at BCS because I deeply value Classical Christian Education, and believe that the fine arts play an integral role in that curriculum. To study and know what is good, true, and beautiful ought to be an endeavor of each Christian, and BCS is committed to leading our students in that path that they might be thoughtful, virtuous worshipers, who love and serve the world for the glory of God. I’m happy to be a part of that vision however I can.

I spend my spare time reading, writing, cooking, making music, and enjoying the company of my husband and dear friends.

***Favorite Bible Verse***

Psalm 131 –

1 O Lord, my heart is not lifted up;
    my eyes are not raised too high;
I do not occupy myself with things
    too great and too marvelous for me.
2 But I have calmed and quieted my soul,
    like a weaned child with its mother;
    like a weaned child is my soul within me.

3 O Israel, hope in the Lord
    from this time forth and forevermore.
